Alex The Turtle ;)

While I was in Lovell, my little sister beth got a pet tortoise and named it alex. She is sooo cute! It was her birthday yesterday and so we threw her a party.  She is about the size of the bottom of a cup.  today we are going to paint her fingernails and her toenails hot pink! Im so excited!  I feed her lettuce for breakfast and dinner, and for snack we get to feed her these pretty pink flowers that grow by our pool.  Last night we gave her a bath and we could tell she didn't like it.  But now since we have  a tortoise, beth keeps forgetting to feed her fish!!

My Stay In Lovell

     I've been here in Lovell, a small town in Wyoming for almost a week! My dad grew up here and he knows just about every person in the entire town.  This week is the "Mustang Days!"  which is their town celebration.  They had the Mustang follies, kind of like their talent show. It was hilarious! Then they had a big long parade and after we had a picnic with all of my cousins.  Later that night we went and watched the fireworks. I think they were the best fireworks I have ever seen in my whole life! Even better than Disneyland's! Me and my cousins went on a hike through a place called five springs. It was AMAZING!
